Construction project management at Canadian Tire means guiding consultants, contractors, and vendors while overseeing budgets, schedules, design, safety, and quality. Reporting to the Director, Construction, this full-time Project Manager leads assigned Canadian Tire, Parts Source, and Party City capital projects. The work includes new builds, expansions, renovations, and other programs. You will coordinate stakeholders, approvals, procurement, construction administration, and project close-out across complex priorities. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee assigned projects for internal and external stakeholders Manage compliance with standards, codes, contracts, safety, and quality Develop schedules, milestones, estimates, and project status overviews Prepare tenders, evaluate bids, issue awards, and prepare contracts Conduct site visits and resolve warranty items Requirements:
Post-secondary degree or diploma in architecture, engineering, or project management Five to ten years of related construction project management experience Experience with contract administration, project financials, and consultants Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle Ability to travel two to three days weekly Bring construction leadership, financial analysis, stakeholder coordination, and scheduling expertise to Canadian Tire capital projects across assigned locations.
