As a 2P Order Operations Consultant, you will manage daily operational requests and help improve post-purchase customer experiences. The work includes vendor operations, dropship execution, order investigations, and cross-functional coordination. You will monitor exceptions, document issues, and surface opportunities for reporting, automation, or process improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbox activity involving vendors, orders, stores, and escalations
- Triage requests, investigate order status, and coordinate resolutions
- Resolve order and vendor issues or escalate complex concerns
- Monitor availability, aged orders, ASNs, cancellations, and exceptions
- Support carrier tracking and identify recurring operational gaps
Requirements:
- Two to four years of related operations experience
- Experience managing high-volume inboxes and time-sensitive escalations
- Experience working with vendors, stores, or contact centre teams
- Strong problem-solving skills and appropriate escalation judgment
- Detail-oriented organization with consistent follow-up and documentation
