Reporting to the Manager, Loyalty Products, the Associate Manager advances loyalty strategy, growth, and program evolution. You will translate research, customer data, and performance findings into recommendations while coordinating partners across Marketing, Digital, Analytics, Finance, Legal, Privacy, and Operations. The work supports governance and operationally sound member experiences. Key Responsibilities:
Support Triangle Rewards strategy, roadmap, policies, and value propositions Lead cross-functional loyalty initiatives from planning through execution Translate member research and performance findings into recommendations Prepare leadership presentations, updates, and decision materials Maintain controls, processes, and issue-resolution coordination Requirements:
Post-secondary education in business, marketing, strategy, or related field Experience in loyalty, customer strategy, marketing, product, or program management Ability to lead work within complex, matrixed organizations Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and project-management skills Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word proficiency Bring loyalty strategy, analytical judgment, and cross-functional delivery skills to Triangle Rewards at Canadian Tire Corporation.
