As a Changeover Operations Manager, you will guide Dealer Changeover Consultants through the full lifecycle, from new-store announcement to Finalization. You will oversee multi-million-dollar asset and inventory transfers while supporting factual, fair, and frictionless outcomes. The work includes process design, modernization planning, and collaboration with the Changeover Committee and cross-functional departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Dealer Changeover Consultants nationally
- Oversee multi-million-dollar business transactions between Dealers
- Mediate unresolved transaction matters under Changeover policy
- Facilitate Finalization involving existing and retiring Dealers
- Coordinate schedules with third-party vendors
Requirements:
- Minimum five years of team leadership experience
- Experience designing processes and implementing change management
- Strong mediation, coaching, and mentoring abilities
- Microsoft Office knowledge, including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel across Canada
