The PartsPro Team Lead identifies suitable automotive parts solutions and builds positive customer relationships. You will communicate product features, benefits, and warranties while coaching staff, delegating tasks, and supporting inventory control. When management is absent, you will oversee store operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify parts using operating and vendor systems
- Process transactions and sell suitable automotive solutions
- Coach and train new or junior staff
- Delegate tasks and ensure timely completion
- Assume opening, closing, and keyholder responsibilities
Requirements:
- Strong automotive parts and systems knowledge
- One to three years supervisory retail experience
- Effective leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Point of sale and computer systems proficiency
- Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays
