This Key Account Specialist role supports the Sales Team and Key Account Sales Managers with daily account administration. You will prepare internal and external reports, maintain portfolio updates, investigate outstanding orders, and coordinate fulfillment timelines. Collaboration with E-commerce and business units supports specialized customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support customer-focused initiatives and portfolio evaluations
- Consult E-commerce on platform accuracy and requirements
- Share internal and external sales reporting
- Facilitate outstanding order investigations
- Coordinate fulfillment with business units and centers
Requirements:
- Minimum three years of relevant sales, administrative, or service experience
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Excel
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
