Turn Manhattan system data into process improvements across Distribution Centres with root cause analysis and operational support. This role supports CTC supply chain operations.
The WMS Superuser works with Manhattan Warehouse Management System, Manhattan Labor Management System, and connected applications. You will analyze errors, design processes, and support leadership decisions through ad hoc analysis. The role also develops expertise in Manhattan data structures and supports DC operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify process improvement opportunities within Distribution Centres
- Investigate errors through detailed root cause analysis
- Design business and system processes
- Create reports and dashboards for distribution key performance indicators
- Support issue resolution with IT, vendors, and DC operations
Requirements:
- Post-secondary education or equivalent experience
- Experience with Manhattan Warehouse and Labor Management systems
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated experience analyzing large datasets
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Access, Excel, and Visio
