This L2 Analyst role provides second-level support for store applications across Canadian Tire Corporation. You will investigate technical symptoms across applications, databases, networks, infrastructure, integrations, middleware, and business processes. The work includes incident triage, root cause analysis, vendor coordination, reporting, and knowledge-base updates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve store application issues within agreed service levels
- Monitor application performance and optimal functionality
- Document support activities and update the knowledge base
- Manage incidents reported by store staff
- Conduct post-incident reviews and report major incidents
Requirements:
- Five-plus years of ITSM or five-to-ten years in IT
- Technical diploma or degree in computer science or related discipline
- Strong Incident Management and Problem Management experience
- Strong technical troubleshooting across complex technology environments
- ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence, or monitoring experience is an asset
