You will guide Category Business Managers, Analysts, and cross-functional teams through builds while meeting timelines and standards. The work supports sales, margins, store operations, and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and analyze impactful retail Planograms
- Lead cross-functional teams through Planogram builds
- Translate store data into space recommendations
- Test, adjust, and quality-check Planograms
- Coordinate custom Planogram production assignments
Requirements:
- Post-secondary education or relevant business equivalent
- Experience with JDA, Blue Yonder, or comparable applications
- Two to five years of merchandising experience
- Minimum one year of visual presentation experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
