This L2 Analyst provides second-level support for store applications and monitors their performance. The role coordinates vendors, manages incidents, and investigates recurring problems. It also supports reporting, stakeholder communication, and occasional monitoring or SRE platform contributions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve store application issues promptly
- Monitor application performance and document support activities
- Coordinate vendor SLAs, KPIs, meetings, and performance feedback
- Manage incidents and communicate updates to stakeholders
- Perform root cause analysis and track corrective action plans
Requirements:
- Five-plus years of ITSM experience or five-to-ten years in IT
- Computer science, information technology, or related technical diploma or degree
- Strong incident management and problem management experience
- Technical troubleshooting across applications, databases, networks, and infrastructure
- Stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership experience
