Make a significant impact at e-STORAGE as a Lead Roving Technician. This role focuses on commissioning, maintenance of SolBank Storage Power Block systems, and requires travel across Ontario.
As a key member of our service team, you will support long-term service agreements for Battery Energy Storage System projects. Your responsibilities include coordinating with various managers and representing our commitments during the commissioning process. Candidates should bring experience in renewable energy systems and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively while ensuring safety and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Commission and maintain SolBank Storage Power Block systems
- Supervise field activities and lead site operations
- Collaborate with project and commissioning managers on service agreements
- Train new technicians and contractors in system operations
- Ensure safety and environmental compliance across job sites
Requirements:
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years in a service environment, preferably with renewable energy
- Familiarity with medium voltage systems and photovoltaic applications
- Proficiency with CMMS software programs
- Willingness to travel extensively within Ontario
