You will advise business leaders while delivering core HR processes, employee relations support, and workforce planning. The role combines strategic partnership with day-to-day execution across North America.
Key Responsibilities:
- Align HR strategies with business objectives alongside senior leaders
- Support organizational design, workforce planning, and talent strategy
- Execute onboarding, performance cycles, and offboarding processes
- Lead employee relations concerns with consistent documentation
- Use Workday for transactions, reporting, and analytics
Requirements:
- Experience as an HR Business Partner in high-growth environments
- Strong working knowledge of Workday transactions, reporting, and data management
- Understanding of Canadian and United States employment practices
- Ability to navigate difficult conversations professionally
- Strategic and tactical operating capability with strong organization
