Key Responsibilities:
- Assess training needs using the Systematic Approach to Training
- Collaborate to develop comprehensive training analysis
- Evaluate training programs for continuous improvement
- Plan and organize engaging training events
- Assist with documentation and materials maintenance
Requirements:
- University degree or college diploma in training or education
- 2 years of relevant experience in an industrial setting
- Expertise in designing effective training programs
- Proficiency in remote learning technologies
- Ability to communicate effectively across all company levels
