This Contractor Management Coordinator role supports governance, reporting, and post-award activities across CNL-controlled sites. You will help manage contractor integration, performance support, traffic and security infractions, and complex information for client issues. The work requires organized communication across departments and disciplined process orientation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enforce Traffic and Security Compliance infractions
- Analyze contractor impacts, observations, and management assessments
- Communicate data analyses and recommend solutions for client issues
- Escalate specialized issues with recommendations to higher levels
- Collaborate on contractor management databases and reporting
Requirements:
- Two to five years managing and interacting with contractors
- Degree or diploma in commerce, legal, business, or contractor management
- Advanced Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint capabilities
- Knowledge of regulated environments, compliance programs, and associated risks
- Three to five years verifiable history for clearance eligibility
