As a Stakeholder Relations Advisor, you will develop engagement strategies for regulatory requirements, stakeholder expectations, and corporate objectives. The work includes local governments, Indigenous communities, project teams, and other stakeholders near Canadian Natural developments. You will also coordinate communications, manage community investment activities, and maintain accurate engagement records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop stakeholder engagement strategies and annual community plans
- Build relationships with local governments and Indigenous communities
- Coordinate workshops, open houses, project updates, and communications
- Manage community investment proposals, events, reporting, and requests
- Track commitments, engagement progress, budgets, and project activities
Requirements:
- Exceptional knowledge of stakeholder engagement processes
- Effective experience working with local communities
- Excellent research, writing, listening, and relationship skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Five to ten years of stakeholder relations experience is an asset
