This 12-month contract supports CN's Talent Acquisition division within Human Resources and OHS. You will manage requisitions, source candidates, review resumes, conduct interviews, and maintain pipelines. The work also includes offer negotiation, onboarding paperwork, and ATS accuracy. Your efforts help CN attract talent and build a diverse workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for North American requisitions
- Source candidates through databases, vendors, referrals, and direct outreach
- Conduct interviews and evaluate candidate qualifications
- Extend offers and support negotiation processes
- Maintain accurate applicant tracking system data
Requirements:
- Minimum two years recruiting experience in transportation or trade-based environments
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience
- Fluent written and verbal English and French
- Experience with ATS or recruitment software
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
