This Senior Logistics and Distribution Analyst connects quality, transportation, and warehouse operations across third-party logistics networks. You will enforce Mars global quality requirements, manage risk, and improve processes using data analysis, Lean methods, and continuous improvement practices. The work includes regional collaboration and stakeholder influence. Key Responsibilities:
Enforce QMS policies across logistics, distribution centers, and warehouses Lead DQM and CFIA audits, pest control, and waste compliance Manage CAPA activities through the regional quality program Draft, standardize, maintain, and audit logistics SOPs Resolve TMS issues, including ASN failures and urgent escalations Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field Five or more years of logistics, distribution, and transportation experience Exposure to manufacturing quality is highly preferred Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication capabilities Experience collaborating with regional and global matrix teams Bring logistics, quality management, audit, and continuous improvement capabilities to support compliant Royal Canin operations.
