You will lead supervisors, inspectors, and hourly staff to meet quality and quantity targets while maintaining safety and cost efficiency.
The role requires:
- A Bachelor's in Operations or related discipline
- 3–5 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing
- Strong skills in NDT, tooling, SPC
