Lead PMO governance, planning, and risk management for Thales Canada’s in-service support programs in Ottawa through a hybrid work model. As PMO Manager Lead, you will report to the Head of PMO and work with Program Managers. You will oversee governance, communications, resources, performance, training, and reporting across complex Defence and Aerospace programs. The role supports compliant delivery and strategic alignment. Key Responsibilities:
Lead governance, methodologies, standards, frameworks, and business rhythm Monitor performance, risks, deliverables, resources, and priorities Support integrated planning, scheduling, tracking, and risk mitigation Facilitate communications and maintain relationship management plans Drive automation, standardization, analytics, and continuous improvement Requirements:
Degree, diploma, or relevant proven experience in Business Management Project management certification, including IPMA or PMP At least 10 years supporting or managing complex projects PMO experience in Defence and Aerospace programs Eligibility for Controlled Goods and NATO Secret clearance Apply PMO leadership, program governance, planning, and risk expertise to Thales Canada’s Ottawa construction-focused portfolio.
