As Director, Business Banking, you will lead Senior Managers and Team Leaders serving clients with credit needs generally up to $1.5MM or complex cash management requirements. You will guide Business Banking solutions, support client goals, and strengthen market performance. French and English fluency supports community client service. Key Responsibilities:
Build, develop, and lead Senior Managers and Team Leaders Drive business development with prospective and key CIBC clients Represent CIBC at trade shows, seminars, and community events Lead strategies, plans, and tactics for Business Banking growth Ensure effective operations, controls, compliance, and client experiences Requirements:
Business degree from a university Experience in Business or Commercial Banking in Canada Fluency in French and English Expertise in credit management, lending practices, and credit analysis Strong leadership, business development, and planning skills Bring bilingual leadership, business development, credit management, and strategic planning expertise to CIBC Business Banking in Montreal.
