As Digital Product Manager, Member Experience, you will lead CFIB's Member Portal, mobile app, and member-facing digital experiences. You will translate member needs and organizational priorities into strategies, roadmaps, backlogs, and actionable plans. Your work will improve self-service, engagement, discoverability, and member value.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop product vision, roadmap, and backlog for digital experiences
- Prioritize initiatives using member value, business impact, and effort
- Write user stories and acceptance criteria through release
- Analyze member journeys, feedback, research, testing, and analytics
- Monitor performance indicators and report member outcomes regularly
Requirements:
- Four or more years in digital product management
- Experience managing roadmaps, backlogs, and mobile app products
- Knowledge of CRM, authenticated platforms, APIs, and integrations
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience using analytics, research, and testing
