This full-time temporary position supports Roska DBO's Dawson Creek office. The Administrative Professional manages varied administrative tasks, monitors GeoTab and Blackline, and assists with Open Invoice processes. The role also provides Accounts Payable support while maintaining effective relationships with field and office personnel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain positive relationships with field and office personnel
- Prioritize and manage multiple administrative tasks efficiently
- Perform accurate general administrative duties
- Monitor GeoTab and Blackline systems
- Assist with Open Invoice and Accounts Payable processes
Requirements:
- Minimum two years' administrative experience in oil and gas
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Post-secondary Accounting or Business Administration education preferred
- Strong organization, accuracy, analytical, and problem-solving skills
