Evolve Health & Wellness in Hamilton is seeking a naturopathic doctor to join our multidisciplinary team to work alongside our current naturopathic doctor, as well as RMT's, chiropractors, physiotherapists, psychotherapists and osteopaths. We are a patient-centred integrative health care clinic dedicated to providing individualized, evidence-informed care in a collaborative and welcoming environment. Our team values clinical excellence, compassionate patient relationships, and a whole-person approach to health care.
We are looking for a highly motivated individual who wants to build a rewarding practice and a long-term career with us. We offer:

Clinical Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough naturopathic assessments and collect detailed health histories
- Provide patient centered care and education
- Monitor patient progress and modify when needed
- Communicate and collaborate with other health-care providers when appropriate
- Provide appropriate follow-up care and ongoing patient support.
Qualifications:
- Registered with the College of Naturopaths of Ontario
- Ability to develop effective relationships with clients and co-workers
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to maintain complete and detailed treatment notes
- PRESCRIBING LICENSE REQUIRED
- IVIT certification an asset
