Evolve Health & Wellness in Hamilton is seeking a naturopathic doctor to join our multi-disciplinary team to work alongside our current naturopathic doctor as well as RMTs, chiropractors, physiotherapists, psychotherapists, and osteopaths. We are a patient-centered integrative health-care clinic dedicated to providing individualized, evidence-informed care in a collaborative and welcoming environment. Our team values clinical excellence, compassionate patient relationships, and a whole-person approach to healthcare.
We have an IV lounge and a lab to prepare and customize IV bags for patients, so we are looking for an ND who has their prescribing license. We are looking for a highly motivated individual who wants to build a rewarding practice and a long-term career with us.

Clinical Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough naturopathic assessments and collect detailed health histories
- Develop individualized, evidence-informed treatment plans based on each patient's health goals and clinical needs
- Provide patient-centered care and education
- Monitor patient progress and modify when needed
- Communicate and collaborate with other health-care providers when appropriate
- Provide appropriate follow-up care and ongoing patient support
Qualifications:
- Registered with the College of Naturopaths of Ontario
- Ability to develop effective relationships with clients and co-workers
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to maintain complete and detailed treatment notes
- PRESCRIBING LICENSE REQUIRED
