Support partners in person while developing new business. As a Business Development Manager, you will manage existing automotive dealership relationships and prospect new dealer partners. The role combines relationship building, sales planning, product education, quoting, and customer support. You will help expand product mixes, protect margins, and maintain strong communication across dealerships and Assurant teams. Key Responsibilities:
Visit dealerships and conduct product, sales, and claims training Present products and services to prospective dealer partners Identify growth opportunities within existing dealership accounts Forecast sales targets, margins, and product mix opportunities Prepare quotations and follow up on every quote Requirements:
Five or more years within the automotive industry Knowledge of automotive F&I products and services Business development or automotive B2B territorial sales experience Strong sales, prospecting, relationship-building, and communication skills Ability to travel 75% or more throughout assigned territory Apply automotive F&I expertise, dealership sales, and relationship management skills to expand Assurant VPS partnerships and revenue.
