You will partner with leaders, planners, and stakeholders to align priorities, manage dependencies, and advance divisional objectives. Your work spans operational planning, process design, change management, organizational preparedness, and performance insights. The position requires at least 40% onsite presence. Partner with leaders and stakeholders across the Collections division Align priorities and manage dependencies across strategic initiatives Facilitate adoption of processes, planning frameworks, and improvements Monitor performance data, trends, outcomes, and improvement opportunities Provide recommendations supporting divisional performance and informed decision-making Requirements:
Business Administration degree or related equivalent qualification Recognized project management methodology experience and strong project skills Leadership experience in operational integration, planning, or business functions Process mapping, process design, continuous improvement, and change management experience Excellent relationship-building, influencing, negotiation, and facilitation skills Use strategic planning, stakeholder collaboration, and operational insights to advance integrated processes and performance within Canadian Blood Services Collections.
