Lead enterprise change management from Canadian Blood Services’ Ottawa head office, using strategic planning and stakeholder communication skills. This temporary full-time role requires at least 40% onsite presence. As Change Lead within the Talent Strategy team, you will develop and implement comprehensive strategies aligned with business objectives. You will support large-scale initiatives across a diverse client portfolio. The work includes readiness assessments, communications, training, governance, and evaluation processes.
Key Responsibilities:
