This Admissions Coordinator position serves CATC's Canadian Addiction Residential Treatment business as a healthcare call centre contributor. You will engage potential clients, facilitate assessments, manage follow-up, and support payment and admission communications. The work contributes to census and conversion across inpatient and Virtual Intensive Outpatient Programs while maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Close new business through phone, web, and email lead conversion
- Maintain visibility on census and conversion efforts
- Use Salesforce to manage leads and acquisition targets
- Prepare reports and complete required data entry
- Provide telesales and call centre process recommendations
Requirements:
- Five or more years in healthcare telesales or demonstrated aptitude
- Experience managing private healthcare cases preferred
- Excellent verbal, presentation, and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage time effectively
