- Post all new and pre-owned vehicle deals
- Coordinate month-end close with sales managers
- Reconcile deals booked and gross profits with managers
- Ensure inventory schedules are reconciled monthly
- Monitor payments for the floor plan account
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience in the automotive industry
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Knowledge of dealership accounting procedures
- Proficient in Reynolds & Reynolds software
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written
