Lead technical soccer programming and executive operations for Winnipeg Phoenix Football Club in Winnipeg. Shape youth development and strategic growth. This senior leadership position reports to the Board of Directors and oversees soccer programming, administration, finances, staff, facilities, partnerships, and planning. WPFC serves players and families through grassroots and competitive youth development. The Club emphasizes coaching excellence, community engagement, and positive athlete experiences. The Executive Director will guide organizational performance and player pathways.
