Apply lean, process management, Six Sigma, and change management methodologies Analyze capacity, space, equipment, staffing, utilization, and performance gaps Implement corporate and operational projects for assigned value streams Coordinate improvement planning sessions with local Operations teams Ensure Engineering projects follow required governance and design processes Requirements:
Completed undergraduate degree in engineering Professional Engineering designation required or due within one year Lean Six Sigma Green Belt required; Black Belt preferred Three to five years relevant experience and two supervisory years Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills Use industrial engineering, business analytics, project governance, and change management to improve Canada Post process performance.
