The Director, People & Culture Operations provides strategic and operational leadership across manufacturing, agricultural, and corporate functions. Reporting to the SVP, People & Culture, this leader guides field teams and partners with senior leaders. The mandate includes people programs, employee relations, organizational change, and consistent service delivery. Key Responsibilities:
Lead People & Culture operations across supported functions and locations Align people strategies with business objectives and operational requirements Guide workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, and talent management Lead collective bargaining, labour relations, and complex employee matters Drive process standardization, governance, and continuous improvement Requirements:
University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Ten-plus years of progressive Human Resources experience Experience leading teams in unionized or multi-site environments Senior collective bargaining and labour relations strategy experience Strong leadership, communication, judgment, and stakeholder management skills Shape People & Culture operations through workforce planning, labour relations, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness at Canada Packers.
