This Maintenance Store Supervisor manages the Maintenance Store Department and guides the MRO Buyer and Maintenance Storekeepers. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily stock operations and assigned maintenance store personnel
- Review spending, inventory control, and management reports
- Develop SOPs and assign daily departmental duties
- Monitor delinquent purchase orders and supplier account performance
- Review inventory stocking requirements and demand trends
Requirements:
- Four to five years of purchasing and stockroom experience
- Purchasing or supply chain management education preferred
- SCMP designation preferred for the position
- Knowledge of stockroom applications and maintenance parts
- Excellent management, organizational, and communication skills
