The position is in Woodstock, Newfoundland and Labrador. As a vital team member, you will diagnose and fix vehicles while ensuring operational efficiency. This role requires strong troubleshooting skills in both hydraulic and electrical systems. You will use company-provided tools while working to maintain a clean, organized workspace and support junior mechanics in their development. Utilize your mechanical skills to ensure the safety and efficiency of our fleet at Emterra Environmental.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair vehicles within specifications
- Troubleshoot and fix hydraulic and electrical systems
- Test repaired equipment for performance accuracy
- Maintain organized work orders for efficient operations
- Foster communication with management regarding repairs
Requirements
- 310T or Red Seal License required
- Valid G License (DZ preferred)
- Experience with hydraulic/electrical systems preferred
- Ability to lift 60 lbs and perform physical tasks
- Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills
