Lead automotive quality assurance activities at Central Stampings Limited in Windsor, using ISO/TS16949 knowledge and production problem resolution experience.
As Quality Supervisor, you will report to the facility Quality Assurance Manager and administer daily Quality Department activities. The work emphasizes inspection methods, Statistical Process Control, documentation, and corrective action. You will also support personnel development and training.
Responsibilities
- Implement Quality Assurance Manual requirements
- Make daily shop floor quality decisions
- Investigate production problems and follow corrective actions
- Monitor and report floor quality assurance activities
- Maintain Control Plans and Flow Charts documentation
Requirements
- Community College graduate in Engineering Technology or Management/Supervision
- Equivalent training and experience considered
- Knowledge of Quality Systems to ISO/TS16949 Standard
- Knowledge of inspection methods and Statistical Process Control
- Experience resolving quality problems and supervising personnel
