Kal Tire seeks a Journeyperson Automotive Service Technician for a full-time, permanent position. The work includes brake and suspension repairs, engine diagnostics, routine maintenance, inspections, adjustments, and servicing. You will also mentor apprentices, collaborate with the Sales team, and maintain safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform brake, suspension, and general mechanical repairs
- Complete engine diagnostics and routine vehicle maintenance
- Inspect, adjust, service, and repair various vehicles
- Mentor apprentices and support their skill development
- Identify service opportunities with the Sales team
Requirements:
- Red Seal or Journeyperson automotive certification
- Valid driver's license
- At least three years of hands-on experience
- Experience with brakes, shocks, and wheel alignments
- Attention to detail and methodical problem-solving
