Turn complex business needs into clear requirements and measurable outcomes as Canada Life’s Director, Business Analysis. Lead initiatives within the centralized BPMO. Reporting to the VP, BPMO, this director oversees business analysis across assigned programs and projects. The work includes requirements elicitation, process improvement, solution validation, business testing, and defect management. You will collaborate with business and technology partners while supporting initiative prioritization and adoption. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee requirements elicitation, documentation, and traceability Guide process design, improvement, validation, and acceptance Oversee test cases, execution, and defect management Support business cases, outcome measurement, and prioritization Design Day 2 operating models and sustainable hand-offs Requirements:
12–15 years of progressive Business Analysis experience Ability to translate complex needs into actionable requirements Experience across strategy, portfolio, and delivery layers Understanding of Agile, hybrid, and traditional delivery lifecycles Experience in regulated environments; financial services preferred Bring requirements leadership, testing oversight, process design, and stakeholder influence to Canada Life’s complex delivery portfolio.
