Lead liquidity management and capital planning for Canada Life Reinsurance, using cash flow forecasting and financial analysis across subsidiaries. This is a permanent full-time position. The Director, Treasury, Capital and Risk Solutions supports the Head of Treasury, Capital and Risk Solutions. You will coordinate Finance, Risk, Capital Management, ALM, Investments, and business teams. The role translates complex financial information into recommendations for senior management and may lead team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead liquidity management and cash flow forecasting across CRS subsidiaries
- Coordinate banking relationships, cash management, and intercompany funding
- Oversee letter of credit monitoring and reporting
- Lead treasury workstreams and financial modernization initiatives
- Support capital planning, stress testing, and investment reporting
Requirements:
- CPA, CFA, or another relevant professional designation
- At least seven years of progressive finance or treasury experience
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives
- Understanding of liquidity planning, funding, and investment oversight
- Ability to explain complex issues to senior stakeholders
- Apply treasury, capital planning, forecasting, and judgment to support Canada Life Reinsurance’s senior financial decisions.
