As an Enrolment Processor, you will maintain employee and dependent information for Group customers using online systems and multiple intake channels. You will review applications, research client inquiries, calculate benefit amounts, and investigate discrepancies. Key Responsibilities:
- Process employee and dependent enrolment information through online systems

Requirements:
- Customer service experience with strong quality and follow-through
- Strong keyboarding, data entry, and attention to detail
- Proficiency with Outlook, Word, Excel, and Access
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Insurance experience or post-secondary education is preferred
