  • Translate business needs into clear AI use cases and requirements, partnering with Technology, Data, and Architecture teams to prioritize, assess feasibility, and alignment to enterprise AI capabilities and standards.
  • Build AI literacy and proficiency across leadership teams by sharing insights, patterns, and practical examples of what is working and what is not across the organization.
  • Measure and track value realization from use cases.
  • Champion responsible AI practices, ensuring compliance with privacy, security, and ethical standards.
  • Stay current on AI trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings.

What you will bring:

  • Deep understanding of AI capabilities and limitations (including generative AI, automation, analytics, and machine learning) and how they apply in regulated environments such as financial services or insurance.
  • Strong ability to bridge business strategy and technology, translating business problems into actionable AI opportunities and explaining AI concepts in clear, practical terms.
  • Demonstrated experience developing, assessing, and prioritizing business cases, including benefits realization and outcome measurement.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead through influence and drive cross-functional outcomes across business and technology stakeholders.
  • Exceptional stakeholder leadership and partnership skills, with confidence engaging senior business, technology, risk, and compliance leaders.
  • Strong judgment and systems thinking, balancing innovation with risk, governance, and long-term sustainability.

  • Passion for innovation, with a track record of challenging the status quo and embracing change in AI adoption.
  • Learning mindset with ability to experiment, embrace learnings, and pivot quickly.
