This Associate Manager position provides expert advice, challenge, and independent oversight within Canada Life's second line of defence. You will work with Risk & Compliance, operations compliance, Legal, and business stakeholders across all lines of business. Your guidance will address Quebec legislation, AMF guidance, regulatory requirements, and compliance governance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic compliance advice and regulatory oversight
- Evaluate regulatory changes affecting Quebec distribution channels
- Design and monitor key risk indicators

- Contribute to governance and management reporting
Requirements:
- Fluent French and English bilingualism required
