Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate contract agreements in business

Requirements:
- Hold an LL.B./LL.M/JD or equivalent along with a legal permit
- 3-7 years post-qualification experience in a law firm or government
- Fluency in both English and French is a plus
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills for handling multiple priorities
