As a critical part of our logistics team, you will operate a tractor trailer to ensure secure and timely deliveries. You will perform regular vehicle inspections and maintain the necessary documentation, all while upholding safety standards. Building positive relationships with both customers and coworkers is essential, as we prioritize collaboration and communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect tractor trailer mechanical and safety equipment regularly
- Connect and disconnect semi-trailer hoses correctly
- Maintain accurate Driver Log throughout shifts
- Communicate effectively with Dispatch regarding delivery schedules
- Perform heavy lifting when required, exceeding 50 lbs
Requirements:
- Age requirement: at least 23 years old
- AZ / Class 1 license is essential
- Minimum of three years of commercial driving experience
- Knowledge of transportation laws and regulations
- Passion for delivering excellent customer service
