As part of your role, reporting to the National Fuel Tax, Licensing & Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for compiling and submitting licensing documents, ensuring that all company units are compliant across jurisdictions. Your efforts will facilitate renewed permits and accurate fleet documentation, all while working in a results-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Submit comprehensive licensing paperwork to jurisdictions
- Maintain updated unit files and track renewals
- Process and organize fuel statements for fleet management
- Assist in scheduling drug and alcohol testing
- Monitor compliance with IFTA reporting requirements
Requirements:
- Completion of High School Diploma mandatory
- Minimum 2 years in an administrative capacity
- Knowledge of licensing within transportation is an asset
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and management systems
- Strong communication and organizational abilities
