As Production Supervisor, you will direct hourly associates, validate training, and manage performance. The work includes continuous improvement, risk assessments, GMPs, food safety, and production scheduling. You will also address quality CAPAs, support labour relations, and improve efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise, train, and manage performance of hourly associates
- Schedule associates and production shifts in unionized operations
- Lead continuous improvement and line improvement recommendations
- Maintain compliance with safety, GMP, and food safety requirements
- Oversee product quality, complaints, and corrective action plans
Requirements:
- Relevant post-secondary education
- Three to five years of supervisory experience
- Experience in a unionized facility
