This Maintenance Technician role supports Canad Inns by keeping rooms and equipment in operating condition. You will repair appliances, bathroom fixtures, furniture, and room finishes. The position also includes general plumbing, HVAC repairs, and preventative maintenance throughout the hotel. Prior Maintenance Technician experience is required for this work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain rooms in operating condition through needed repairs

Requirements:
- Prior work experience as a Maintenance Technician
- Ability to work at heights of 10 feet
- Physical fitness to lift 50 pounds safely
- Ability to work inside and outside in all seasons
