- Establish architecture, testing, observability, and AI evaluation standards
Requirements:
- 10+ years experience, including 7+ years software engineering
- 2+ years managing teams of 10 or more people
- Hands-on Python, Java, and scalable distributed systems experience
- Strong cloud experience, preferably AWS
- Machine learning or generative AI production experience
