This fixed-term Marketing and Partnerships Specialist position provides 14 months of maternity leave coverage. You will manage external relationships, develop destination marketing plans, and support retailer sales through strategic partnerships. The work combines tourism research, event coordination, community relations, and business development. Collaboration with Specialty Leasing and internal teams helps align partnership initiatives with property objectives.

Requirements:
- Marketing, Hospitality, or related degree or equivalent experience
- Three to five years of relevant professional experience
- Strong organization and event coordination skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Reliable personal vehicle and domestic travel availability
