JLL seeks a Property Manager for a key client portfolio spanning Mississauga, Etobicoke, Burlington, and North York. You will lead administration and operations, support tenants, and manage building operations and administrative staff. The position requires strong financial capability, capital budget experience, and knowledge of HVAC, construction processes, and drawings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead property administration and operational teams
- Manage tenant requests, complaints, communications, and interactions
- Oversee capital projects, renovations, upgrades, budgets, and timelines
- Coordinate maintenance, inspections, safety, and third-party services
- Prepare budgets, reports, collections, and property documentation
Requirements:
- Five or more years of property management experience
- Two or more leadership years preferred in commercial settings
- Driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Strong financial acumen and capital budget experience
- MS Office, Adobe Acrobat, HVAC, and building systems knowledge
