Campus Living Centres seeks a Residence Life Coordinator responsible for overall living quality within assigned residence communities. The position delivers social and educational programming, develops staff, manages building operations, and supports students. Responsibilities include crisis response, conduct administration, recruitment support, and institutional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement academic and social residence programming
- Recruit, train, evaluate, and mentor residence staff
- Support Residence Council programs, elections, and feedback
- Maintain visibility within the residence community
- Coordinate opening, closing, and occupancy management
Requirements:
- Recognized college diploma or university degree
- Minimum one year industry or related experience
- Superior verbal and written communication skills
- Strong leadership and above average customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
